Shipping policy

Free Shipping: is only within Nassau or to the dock for the Mailboat. The customer must pay for shipping from the dock to the Out Island.

Delivery within Nassau
Any customers requesting delivery in Nassau will receive their shipments by a service technician when they are in their area. We will call you to confirm the delivery day before the end of business on the following business day from when the order was made.

A delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to any delivery orders less than $200.00.

Shipping to Out Islands
Out Island orders - We will package and deliver your shipment to the loading dock before the end of business on the following business day.

Arrival will depend on your preferred mailboat's delivery schedule. We will send you an email confirmation of the dock receipt once it has been delivered.
